He is a Co-founder of Giant Goodness Group, a Canadian Citizen, a Real Estate broker, investor and developer in the Province of Ontario, Canada. He is currently a member of Toronto Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association and Real Estate Council of Ontario and in good standing for over 23 years.

Prior to migrating to Canada, Mr. Surinder Malhi worked in the banking sector, employed with Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) in Malaysia. His vast knowledge of the banking industry and the Real Estate industry has enabled him to become an expert in both these two industries. He is well respected and well known amongst his peers and business associates and has a proven track record of integrity and good business practices. He has helped, and continues to help, his clients and investors in investing and purchasing sound and high profitable investment portfolios.

Mr. Malhi joined Giant Goodness Group in 2018, where he was appointed as an Executive Director of Operations and now, he has become Senior Executive Vice President of the Group. His contribution was outstanding in initiating the process leading to acceptance for discussion by Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited on the proposed multi-billion dollars energy projects financing. He assists in overseeing the affairs of the Group in Canada and North America.
